WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

No returns or exchanges are given and all sales are final. Each print is photographed in high quality so that the images online are an accurate representation of the hard copy. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages but if your package was damaged in transit please contact lucy@lucyhawkinsart.com and I will work with the postal company to try to arrange a replacement.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We do! Prices are calculated as standard shipping with tracking. Australia Post estimate 3-5 business days within Australia and 12-25 business days internationally but warn that delivery dates cannot currently be guaranteed due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

WHAT TECHNIQUES DO YOU USE TO PRINT ART?

All prints in the bush series are high quality digital photographs of my acrylic paintings on canvas. The photographs are printed on Ilford Smooth Pearl, 310gsm. The prints all come with a 5mm white border. Frames not included.

All the portraits featured on the website are acrylics on canvas and sizes vary from 30x50cm to 50x70cm. Portraits start at $500 and can be done in person or from photographs. If you would like to commission a portrait please contact lucy@lucyhawkinsart.com to discuss ideas, colours and sizes.

PRICING AND PAYMENT OPTIONS

All orders are processed in Australian Dollars and include a Goods and Services Tax (GST). The Lucy Hawkins Art Shop accepts the following payment methods - Visa, MasterCard & PayPal.
